Nickel Alloy 400 and Monel 400, also known as UNS N04400, is a ductile nickel-copper-based alloy consisting primarily of two-thirds nickel and one-third copper. Incoloy is a group of superalloys with good electrical resistance and tolerances. Incoloy 800 is an alloy of iron, nickel and chromium. The alloy has medium strength and Incoloy 800 material has excellent mechanical properties.

Super Duplex UNS S32760 has high resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. For optimum corrosion resistance, a pickled or machined surface finish is recommended.

Chromium increases the tensile, yield and hardness of steel at room temperature. 825 is an austenitic Ni – Fe – Cr – Mo – Cu nickel based alloy developed to resist corrosion in very aggressive media.Alloy 825, also known as Incoloy 825, is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with molybdenum and copper added.

Due to their similarity to 316, these ASME SA 276 stainless steel TP316Ti grades can be used at elevated temperatures. Also recognized as a WR 1.4571 grade rod, it maintains the same physical and mechanical properties as standard grade stainless steel 316. It exhibits excellent resistance to various environments and temperatures, as well as to corrosion and oxidation over time. Stainless steel 316Ti bolts are typically used in areas that can withstand higher temperatures than Type 304, and their low carbon makes them resistant to carbon precipitation.

Incoloy 926 (N08926) nickel-based alloy contains 14.0-18.0% Cr and 24.0-26.0% Ni. It is a nickel-based alloy containing titanium and aluminum, with enough chromium to form and maintain a sufficient scale of chromium oxide to protect it under high temperature conditions.

This flange contains a small amount of niobium to improve the weldability of the flange, has a minimum yield strength of 15 ksi and is moderately tough.

ASTM A335 Pipe (ASME S/A335, Chorme-Moly) is a seamless ferritic alloy steel pipe for high temperature service. Pipe ordered in accordance with this specification shall be suitable for bending, vanstoning and similar forming operations, and fusion welding.
