HT PIPE takes quality control as our core and provides highly reliable piping system solutions for mining, offshore engineering, and energy industries. Our main products include stainless steel, duplex steel, nickel-based high-temperature alloy steel pipes, pipe fittings, flanges, and more.
UNS N06625 Inconel 625 is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy with nickel (≥58%), chromium (20-23%), molybdenum (8-10%), and niobium (3.15-4.15%) as core elements:
1. In chloride environments (such as seawater and salt spray), the pitting potential (Erp) reaches +0.2 V to +0.4 V, far exceeding that of stainless steel;
2. The corrosion rate of strong acids such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, and hydrochloric acid is as low as 0.1 mm/year (80% sulfuric acid environment);
3. Anti-chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC) can operate stably for 1,000 hours in a 6% NaCl solution and a 200°C environment.
4. High-temperature oxidation resistance: after exposure to 1,000°C for 500 hours, the oxide layer is only 15–20 microns;
5. The coefficient of linear expansion is stable (approximately 12.8 × 10^-6/°C in the 20–1,000°C range), reducing thermal stress fatigue;
6. Tensile strength ≥758 MPa, yield strength ≥379 MPa, suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure equipment;

HT PIPE adopts world-leading production technology to ensure the performance and quality of Inconel 625 Pipes:
1. Melting and Forging: Vacuum induction melting (VIM) technology is used to control impurity content (such as sulfur and phosphorus ≤ 0.015%), and the grain size after forging reaches ASTM grade 5 or higher.
2. Cold Drawing and Annealing: Use multiple cold drawing processes to improve surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm) and implement bright annealing to eliminate internal stress.
3. Chemical Composition Analysis: The spectrometer monitors the content of nickel, chromium, and other elements in real time, with a deviation of ≤0.5%.
4. Non-Destructive Testing: Ultrasonic testing (UT) to detect internal defects (sensitivity Φ1 mm) and eddy current testing (ET) to detect surface cracks.
5. Mechanical Property Verification: Each batch undergoes tensile, impact, and hardness testing to ensure a tensile strength of ≥760 MPa.
6. Full Process Traceability: From raw materials to finished products, a laser marking system is used to record the furnace number, batch number, and process parameters, supporting 15 years of quality traceability.
Inconel 625 Pipes provided by HT PIPE are used in concentrated sulfuric acid (98% concentration) transportation systems. Compared to traditional stainless steel pipes, maintenance costs are reduced by 60%, and the design lifespan is well over 20 years.
