ASTM/ASME SB649 Alloy 925/incoloy 925/UNS N09925 Round bar Bright rod
Alloy 925 / Incoloy 925 / UNS N09925 is an age hardenable nickel-iron-chromium alloy with the addition of molybdenum, copper, titanium and aluminium. Each of these additions play their own part in making Alloy 925 a high strength alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. Alloy 925 is used in various applications in the crude oil and natural gas industry this is because Alloy 925 is resistant to sulfide stress cracking and stress-corrosion cracking and therefore a perfect alloy for use down-hole and surface gas well components.
Incoloy 925 Bar is high in strength and has a strong resistance property which makes it usable for wide applications in a global sector like in tubing and valves, as well as in high strength piping systems. This bar can bear high temperature along with resistant to corrosion at high temperatures, our Inconel 925 Forged Round bars and Inconel 925 Bright Bars exhibit great creep rupture and tensile properties. Our Alloy 925 flat bars and Inconel 925 square bars are resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion. We enhance our Inconel 925 hex bars by adding small quantities of niobium which increases their toughness and strength.
Aluminum and Titanium are also added to our Inconel 925 Threaded bars to increase their durability. Inconel 925 cold drawn bars have major applications in aerospace and marine engineering. For their exemplary features, our Inconel 925 Polished Round Bars are used in nuclear reactors and chemical processing industries.
Inconel 925 Rectangular bars are deployed in cryogenic storage tanks and pollution control equipment. On the other hand, the nature of resistance towards chloride and sulfide corrosion cracking of our Inconel 925 hollow bars makes them a major component in many industrial necessities.
